Track Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time.

Steps

1. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for a dispatch email from Glowélla.
2. Click the tracking link inside to see live delivery updates.
3. Parcels typically arrive within 4–9 business days of dispatch.

If you haven't received a dispatch email within 3 business days of your order, or your tracking shows no movement after 5 days, please contact us and we'll investigate straight away.
